🚚 Shipping Setup – Your shipping rates and zones will be properly configured so you’re ready to start selling immediately.

Client Responsibilities:

To begin your project, please provide:

• Shopify login credentials (if you already have an account).

  • Don’t have one? No problem — we’ll create one under our Shopify Partner account and transfer ownership after completion.

• Your logo (preferably in PNG format).

• Product listing details for up to 10 products:

  • Product name

  • Price

  • Description

  • Pertinent variants (e.g., size, color, scent, etc.)

Once your purchase is confirmed, you’ll receive a Website Intake Form that collects all the details needed to get started.

Please Note: The intake form must be completed and returned within 7 days of purchase. If not received within that timeframe, your order will be refunded — we keep our workflow moving and prefer not to hold inactive projects.

Once work has started on your website, no refunds will be issued.

Standard processing time is based on how quickly the intake form and materials are submitted. Most sites are completed within 2 - 3 weeks after receiving all necessary content.
