Once your purchase is confirmed, you’ll receive a Website Intake Form that collects all the details needed to get started.

Please Note: The intake form must be completed and returned within 7 days of purchase. If not received within that timeframe, your order will be refunded — we keep our workflow moving and prefer not to hold inactive projects.

Once work has started on your website, no refunds will be issued.

Standard processing time is based on how quickly the intake form and materials are submitted. Most sites are completed within 1 week after receiving all necessary content.
